Diane Vaccarello, MS

Founder and CEO Diane@bedfordfamilytherapy.com After growing up in Vermont, Diane attended the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Development and a minor in Psychology. Education: She continued her studies with UNH and earned a Graduate Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy through the department of Family Studies, and later taught in that same department as an adjunct professor. Diane furthered her post graduate education obtaining credentialing through Harvard's Advanced Executive Coaching Program. Business and Clinical History: Diane has directed Non-Profits and has run several for-profit businesses. She led the NH Board of Mental Health Practice as Chairperson with over 8 years of involvement after being the Clinical MFT representative and a board investigator. Diane co-produced a TV show “Heads Up” which focused on Mental Wellness and was also the Mental Health Advisor for a grass-roots non-profit that promoted early education and prevention in substance misuse. Diane provided direct service as a licensed clinician for over 24 years. She has retired from direct licensed psychotherapy work to focus exclusively on Executive Consulting and Coaching with clients worldwide as well as supporting the growth of BFT | EFT | CFT & INTEGRATE across multipe states throughout the U.S.

Office Manager Deb@bedfordfamilytherapy.com Deb was born and raised in Massachusetts. She moved to New Hampshire in 1997 with her husband. She worked in the mortgage industry for several years before leaving that field to raise her children. In her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. At the office, Deb is the glue that holds BFT together! She is our Office Manager and is the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Deb is responsible for the administrative oversight of the practice. She manages the daily operations, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, emails and overall communications. Deb coordinates with providers and staff to manage calendars and client appointments. She oversees the billing, payments and insurance claims proessing. Additional Deb is critical to staff coordination and client relations as well as overall operational efficiency. As a part of leadership, she provides support to growth initiatives and bridges the administrative and clinical sides of the practice, ensuring efficientcy and a positive experience for both clients and staff.

Marty Boldin, LICSW, MLADC, LCS

Clinical History: He has spearheaded several global social service initiatives in a variety of multi-disciplinary settings. He had contributed in many ways to the field of recovery including program design, development of recovery friendly workplace initiatives, and has served as an advisor with this focus at the state and private sector levels. Honors: Marty was named New Hampshire’s Social Worker of the Year in 2018 by the New Hampshire Chapter of the NASW and was the recipient for White Horse Addiction Center's Legislative Leadership Award. At BFT, Marty continues to be a part of leadership and provides NH Board Approved supervision. He treats individuals, couples and families and specializes in addiction recovery, family therapy, child and adolescent counseling and trauma related issues. Additional Areas of Focus: Marty has training that includes 12-Step Based Treatment Recovery, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Contingency Management, and Family Systems Therapy.

NH Board Approved Supervisor Hayley@bedfordfamilytherapy.com Hayley is a graduate of Rivier University where she earned a B.S. in Psychology, a minor in Criminal Justice, and her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Hayley has practiced at Bedford Family Therapy for over 7 years and is a New Hampshire Board Approved Supervisor. Hayley has a wide range of experience working with children and families. Some of her past experience includes working with crisis interventions through Bridges: Domestic &; Sexual Violence Support of Greater Nashua & Milford, NH. During her time at Bedford Family Therapy, Hayley has gained experience working with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families specializing in developmental disorders, anxiety, depression, life changes, relationship problems, attachment disorders, mood disorders and adjutment disorders. Hayley has a very systemic approach to her work and is person-centered and goal-oriented.

Kellsie@bedfordfamilytherapy.com Kellsie is a pre-licensed therapist with a master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Kellsie has over eight years of experience working in the mental health field across various settings including inpatient and residential care. Through her work she aided in the development of the first residential program for women with persistent mental illness and intellectual disabilities in the state. Kellsie believes in building on a client’s strengths, ensuring all clients are treated as unique, valued individuals. Kellsie integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy with person centered care and artistic modalities. She offers Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and would love to talk to you about the benefits of EMDR! Kellsie works with children, teens, and adults. Her areas of focus are working with trauma survivors, anxiety disorders, teens engaging in self-injurious behavior, depression, life transitions, ADHD, and more. She is a member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA). When not working you can find her hiking through New Hampshire with her two dogs.

She believes in creating deep, meaningful connections with her clients through authenticity. Following her long-held passion for helping others, she earned her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. As a therapist trained in EMDR, Sensate Focus, and The Gottman Method of couples counseling, she brings powerful, evidence-based tools to her work with clients. Drawing from her experience working with teens in residential settings and adults in private practice, Liza specializes in guiding clients through trauma recovery, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Her dedicated training in couples counseling and sex therapy allows her to create a safe, non-judgmental space for exploring intimate relationships and personal growth. A Rhode Island native who now calls New Hampshire home, Liza brings a deep empathy to her practice. Her understanding of life's challenges and transitions is enriched by her own journey as a therapist, wife, and mother. When not supporting clients on their paths to healing, she finds joy in spending time with her husband, young daughter, and beloved animals – experiences that continue to deepen her appreciation for the complexity of human connections and personal development.
