She spent her formative years in town and completed her education within the Bedford school district. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and pursued her passion for Applied Behavior Analysis by obtaining a Master's degree from Regis College. With over nine years of dedicated experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, Justine has demonstrated her expertise across various domains, including school districts, home services, and adult programs. Her commitment to improving the lives of individuals through behavior analysis is evident in her multifaceted career, where she has consistently applied evidence-based practices to support diverse populations. Justine's comprehensive background and hands-on experience reflect her unwavering dedication to the field. She continues to drive positive change and foster meaningful outcomes for those she serves, embodying a commitment to excellence in every aspect of her professional journey.

Director of SLP (Speech and Language Pathology) Frankie@bftintegrate.com Frankie is a certified Speech - Language Pathologist in the state of New Hampshire. She completed her undergraduate coursework at Penn State University, and completed her master’s degree at PennWest University (previously known as Edinboro University of Pennsylvania). Frankie has experience in working with children and young adults in the school setting experiencing difficulties in articulation, phonology, language, AAC use, and fluency. Frankie has a special interest in creating highly individualized treatment plans for her clients, as well as cultivating a multi - disciplinary approach.

Lead BCBA Kendra@bftintegrate.com Kendra was raised in Nashua, NH and started out in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) working with a variety of age ranges in the clinic, home, and community settings. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire and her Master of Science in Psychology from Purdue University. Kendra also holds a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, but has experience working with children aged 3-18 both as an RBT and as a BCBA. Kendra is dedicated to improving the lives of the individuals and families she serves through evidence-based behavior analytic practices and person-centered, individualized therapy. In addition, Kendra is an experienced ABA therapist trainer and hopes to teach the next generation how to promote positive change and increased independence for those she serves.

ADHD & Executive Function Coach Vivienne@bftintegrate.com With over a decade of hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Vivienne is dedicated, passionate, and committed to making a difference in the lives of individuals with these challenges. Vivienne is a Registered Behavior Technician specializing in personalized intervention plans, Vivienne has honed expertise in behaviors, and implementing evidence-based strategies, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive change. In addition to her understanding of ABA, Vivienne's Executive Function principles, based in an innovative approach to therapy, has empowered countless individuals and families to achieve meaningful progress and improve their quality of life. Vivienne works with students and adults to overcome procrastination, disorganization and a fixed mindset by teaching them time management, prioritization, self advocacy skills and goal setting that help them lead happier more successful lives.

Fullscript Specialist and Licensed Practical Nurse Deb@bftintegrate.com As a Licensed Practical Nurse (Licensed in New Hampshire and New York), Deborah has been practicing almost 30 years. Prior to joining BFT, her nursing career was focused primarily in School Health / Nursing. Deb embraces the role of liason between Clinician, Family and Community and looks at wellness from a holistic perspective. Some of her favorite activities include spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren. Deborah heads up our Fullscript online dispensary and healthcare platform that offers supplements and tools to help manage patient care.
